- No smoking inside the property; violation results in a $300 smoking fee and potential fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are allowed, but must be disclosed prior to arrival. Undisclosed pets incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Noise limits and quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Fines for noise violations can reach up to $10,000.
- No parties or events without prior written approval; unauthorized events will result in fines.
- Use of sound systems or speakers is not permitted on the property.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available for a fee and must be requested 48 hours in advance. Note that pool heating is only available between October 1st and April 1st.
- Parents should supervise children closely near the putting green due to nearby slopes with smooth rock beds.
- During summer months, high desert temperatures may affect pool temperature; this is beyond control.
Parking Guidelines
- The driveway accommodates up to 7 cars.
- Parking is not permitted near the trash area or in the driveway leading to it.
