House Rules
- No smoking is permitted inside the property. Violators will incur a forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and may be liable for any fire or property damage costs.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm to 8am. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and may include additional fees. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and fined.
- Service animals are welcome; however, undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Minimum booking age is 21 years.
Use of Amenities
- Pool and spa heating is unavailable between May 1st and October 1st. It can be requested at other times at least 48 hours in advance for an additional fee.
- The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously; they must be run in different modes, either "Pool Mode" or "Spa Mode".
- During summer, high desert temperatures may naturally increase pool temperature beyond control.
- Guests are advised to be cautious of local wildlife, such as insects, scorpions, and snakes, and should keep doors and windows closed to minimize encounters.
