House Rules
- Pet Rules: Dogs are welcome for an additional fee, with a maximum of two per stay. Dogs must be leashed and waste must be cleaned up. Pets are not permitted on furniture and should not be left unattended. No cats or other pets allowed.
- Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited inside the home. A fine of at least $1000 will be charged for violations.
- Noise and Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smart home technology may be used to monitor noise levels, with violations incurring a minimum $500 charge.
- Maximum Occupancy: Must be adhered to with no camping, events, or parties allowed without prior written consent. Violations could lead to eviction and forfeiture of all payments.
- Lead Guest Age Requirement: The lead guest must be at least 21 years old and present during the stay. Providing false information may result in eviction and forfeiture of payments.
Use of Amenities
- Swimming and Hot Tub: Use at own risk as there are no lifeguards. Hot tubs should not be used with bathing products and covers must be on when not in use. Damage or excessive cleaning will incur additional charges.
Responsibility and Damage
- Care of Property: Guests are to treat the property respectfully, reporting any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or repairs required upon checkout.
- Vehicle Requirements: Snow tires or chains are required from November to April on Highway 395 due to local regulations.
- Security: Guests must lock windows and doors when not on the premises.
Neighborhood Policies
- Parking: Limited parking is available, and overflow parking is not provided. Rules set by Homeowner or Condominium Associations must be respected and violations can result in fines or eviction.

- Relocation: In rare circumstances, a comparable home may be offered if originally booked property is unavailable.
