House Rules
- Pets are not allowed in the home. Bringing undisclosed pets without approval incurs a $500 fine per pet.
- Smoking is prohibited on the property. Violating the no-smoking policy results in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any associated damage costs.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am, with strict occupancy limits. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Prior written approval is required for events or parties, along with an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down and subject to fines.
