- Smoking is prohibited within the property. Violating this rule will result in a $300 smoking fee and potential forfeiture of the security deposit, along with liability for fire or property damage.

- Quiet hours are enforced between 9 pm and 8 am. Any breach of noise ordinances is subject to fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and involve additional fees. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down, and fines will be imposed.
- There is a strict no-pet policy unless service animals are disclosed and approved.
- The property does not provide lake access or rights. Guests can visit Lake Gregory, which is open to the public and located about 20 minutes away.
- Air conditioning is available, but please note that the bottom two floors only have heating.
- Vehicle chains are required in winter due to rapidly changing weather conditions, and guests should regularly check Caltrans for current conditions and road closures.
- The driveway accommodates 3 cars, while the garage holds 2 cars. Street parking is not permitted.
