• No smoking inside the property. Violation will result in a $300 smoking fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.
• Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. A $500 fine per pet applies if undisclosed pets are found.
• Events and parties are prohibited without prior written approval. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and fined.
• Outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 pm to 7 am.
• No amplified sound is allowed outside. Indoor noise must not be audible at the property boundary.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm - 8 am) are strictly enforced. Violating noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
