- Smoking is prohibited. Violation of the no-smoking policy may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for damage costs.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are enforced. Noise violations can result in fines of up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be penalized.
