Sedona 57 is a newly renovated 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom retreat offering 3,235 sq. ft. of stylish space for up to 20 guests. Set against sweeping red rock and mountain views, this spacious home is designed for memorable group getaways, with inviting indoor gathering areas and an exceptional outdoor oasis. The open-plan living room features plush seating, a large smart TV and a cozy fireplace, flowing into a generous dining area with seating for 12 and a modern chef-style kitchen with high-end appliances, a breakfast bar, pantry, coffee makers, cookware and dinnerware. A dedicated game room adds even more fun with a pool table, poker table, foosball and arcade-style games.
The sleeping layout is ideal for families and groups, with five king bedrooms and a downstairs bunk room featuring three bunk beds, plus smart TVs and comfortable linens throughout. Three of the main-floor king bedrooms include private ensuite bathrooms, including a primary suite with a shower and bathtub. Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool, in-ground spa, balcony, sundeck, landscaped gardens, gas grill and multiple seating areas made for relaxing in the Sedona sunshine.
