- No smoking inside the property. Violations will incur a forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage.
- Pets are allowed with a fee. However, undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Noise levels must be kept low during quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. Violating noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Parties or events are not permitted without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down, and a fine will be implemented.
