Noise and Nuisance

Care of Property
- Guests must treat the property with care, report any damage, and ensure it is left in the condition it was found.

Parking and Shuttle
- Only one parking spot is allocated per condo.
- Shuttle service is available in winter on a first-come, first-serve basis via the Silver Star Shuttle app.
Use of Amenities
- Use hot tubs and swimming amenities at your own risk; guests must supply their own towels.
- Extra charges may apply for excessive cleaning or damage to amenities.
- Hot tubs should not be used with bathing products, and covers must be replaced when not in use. Misuse may lead to additional charges.
