- This is a smoke-free property. Violations result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. A $500 fine per pet applies for bringing undisclosed pets without prior approval.
- No events or parties are allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will incur fines.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Noise ordinance violations are subject to fines up to $10,000.
Use of Amenities
- The community pool is currently closed for reconstruction and will reopen in the summer of 2025.
- Fireworks and open fires are prohibited within Park City limits.
- The hot tub is available for guest use, provided guidelines are followed.
Parking
- Parking is limited to two cars (one in the garage, one outside). Additional parking is not guaranteed and unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
