- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa; it is only permitted outdoors in designated areas.
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
- All events and gatherings must be organized by a professional planner, with a maximum guest capacity of 200. The event plan must be approved by the Guest Experience Specialist at least one month in advance.
- The primary guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of check-in.
- Guests should maintain noise at reasonable levels to avoid disturbing neighbors, with all music to stop by 11:00 pm.
Use of Amenities
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, including shisha and hookah, in compliance with Thai Government laws. An ashtray can be provided by the Villa Manager for outdoor smoking areas.
- Liability and comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, loss, damage, and medical emergencies, including evacuation and repatriation, are required for all guests.
Penalties
- A security deposit of USD 1,500, refundable upon checkout, is required in cash to cover any incidental expenses or damages during the stay. Any damages or additional cleaning required will be deducted from this deposit.
