House Rules

  • Smoking is prohibited on the property. Violating this rule will result in a $300 smoking fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.
  • Pets are not allowed. Bringing undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
  • Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violations of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
  • Parties or events are not permitted without written approval. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down and a fine will be imposed.
  • The maximum occupancy includes infants and must not be exceeded.

Use of Amenities

  • Cable and WIFI are provided but may experience outages as they are intermittent on the island.
  • Guests are advised to refuse entry to vendors if they do not adhere to CDC guidelines and PPE requirements during maintenance visits.
