House Rules
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Violating this rule will result in a $300 fee and potential liability for fire or property damage costs.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise violations can incur fines up to $10,000.
- No parties or events are allowed without prior written approval. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in fines.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available for an extra fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Pool heat is available from October 1st to April 1st.
- The property cannot accommodate golf carts; they cannot be delivered or rented.
Pet Policy
- Up to two pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee of $150 per pet. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
Important Information
- Construction noise may be present during your stay due to ongoing projects in the area.
- Cable and Wi-Fi services are available but may experience outages occasionally.
- Be aware of mosquitos and other pests, as the area is treated regularly by pest control.
