- Up to 2 dogs are permitted at the home. Pets that have not been approved in advance may incur a $500 fine per pet.

- Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am to help maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors.
- Parties and events require prior written approval. Any unauthorized gathering may be ended and subject to a fine.
