- Events and parties require prior written approval; unapproved gatherings may be stopped and can lead to fines.
- This is a smoke-free property. Smoking may result in a $300 fee, along with responsibility for any related fire or property damage.
- Breaches of local noise rules can lead to fines of up to $10,000 per violation.
Pets
- Pet rules differ between the two homes in the buyout: one home welcomes up to 2 dogs, while the other does not allow pets.
- Bringing pets without prior approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
Parking
- Parking is limited to the designated spaces at each home: 3 spaces at one home and 3 to 4 spaces at the other, including room for one golf cart.
- Boat parking is not permitted at either home.
- At one of the homes, extra vehicles may be towed.
Pools and Amenities
- At one home, pool heating must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance and is not available from May through September.
- At the other home, pool temperature can vary with weather conditions and is not guaranteed.
- Cable and Wi-Fi are provided for convenience, though island service can occasionally be intermittent.
Additional Notes
- As the homes are located on an island, mosquitoes and other pests may be more noticeable at certain times of year, even though the property is treated regularly.
- Nearby construction or community improvement work may occasionally be seen or heard during your stay.
