- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and may incur additional fees.
- Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine per pet.
- The maximum occupancy includes infants and babies, and must not exceed the specified limit.
- Pool heating is available from October 1st to April 30th and must be requested 48 hours in advance.
- There are no refunds for cable/WIFI outages or if the pool is closed for maintenance.
- During your stay, there may be construction noise or activities in the surrounding areas.
- The property is subject to pest control treatments, but guests may still encounter insects.
- There is strictly no provision of speakers or sound systems in the property.
