- Pets are not allowed. A fine of $500 per pet applies for any undisclosed or unapproved pets.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. A violation will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any related damage.
- Loud noise is restricted from 10 pm to 7 am to maintain quiet hours.
- Parties or events are not permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized events can lead to shutdown and fines.
- Renters must be at least 21 years old to book.
