House Rules
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will lead to a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and responsibility for any fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Bringing undisclosed pets without prior approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) must be respected. Violations of noise ordinances can incur fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Parties or events are strictly prohibited without prior written approval and may incur additional fees. Unauthorized parties will be shut down, and fines will be imposed.
- Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested 24 hours in advance.
- No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property.
- The use of exterior amenities such as the fire pit, outdoor kitchen, hot tub, and game room is encouraged, but guests are responsible for maintaining a respectful environment for neighbors.
- Third-party vendors may perform property maintenance, but guests are encouraged to deny access if vendors do not meet CDC guidelines, including wearing PPE.
