- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced. Use of speakers or sound systems is prohibited. Fines for noise ordinance violations can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
- Parties or events require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
