Distributed over two floors, on the ground floor there is a spacious and bright room that houses a fully equipped kitchen, with a central work island and a brunch bar. The dining room, which connects to the living room, provides a touch of warmth and functionality to the space. The living room is furnished with a modern and cozy style, highlighting its beam ceilings, an ornamental fireplace, and comfortable sofas. Additionally, it has a flat-screen TV for enjoying entertainment moments. The kitchen features a full oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and water kettle, all for preparing delicious meals. Moreover, the kitchen has plenty of storage space, a breakfast bar, and an authentic wooden table with chairs.
