Description
Campanet 1 is a spacious and cozy Majorcan house with private pool, offering total privacy, unobstructed views, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Ideally located in the Sa Pobla area, just a short drive from the white sandy beaches of Playa de Muro, Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, this villa is an oasis of peace in one of the most sought after areas of the island. Thanks to its spacious, fully air-conditioned interiors and its large gardens with lawns, shrubs, trees and furnished areas, this villa will impress.
Inside, Campanet 1 is surprisingly spacious: 8 guests will find plenty of space to all sit together, relax or dine, while enjoying privacy when needed. There are 4 bedrooms in total, as well as 4 bathrooms. The large living room (ground floor) has comfortable sofas, and flat screen TV (with Sky Sport package), Wi-Fi internet access, dining room and large doors that lead to the outside. The independent kitchen is modern and fully equipped for the preparation of any type of food. On the lower floor there is also a cozy double bedroom with bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms with bathrooms (2 double and 1 with 2 single beds, respectively) are located on the upper floor. The upstairs terrace offers stunning views over the surrounding countryside and pool.
Outside, the villa enjoys one of the most tranquil and private environments in the north of Mallorca. Large, well-kept gardens surround the property and the private pool to provide excellent isolation. The pool measures an impressive 7.9 m x 4.5 m (depth between 1 m and 1.9 m) and is equipped with comfortable sun loungers. The large furnished terraces offer plenty of options for outdoor dining, enjoying the local breeze and the beautiful environment. A brick barbecue is also provided and there is private parking on site.
