The property can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, in a truly idyllic setting, kilometers away from daily routine, pollution, and stress. Spend long days relaxing in the private pool, enjoy a pleasant walk through the surrounding forests or savor a delicious dinner outdoors on the terrace: this home will be the secret ingredient for unforgettable holidays!
Inside, the villa is distributed over 2 floors and is accessed through a private rural path to ensure total privacy and silence. The entrance is through the main door and leads to the open-plan living room/kitchen/dining area. Filled with natural light and with large floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly to the outside, this area is perfect for spending time together. The living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels only) and wi-fi internet. The specially designed kitchen (with dining table) is fully equipped with 4 hobs, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. On the ground floor, there are 2 cozy bedrooms with 2 single beds (both with air conditioning), 1 family bathroom with shower and 1 additional toilet. The master bedroom suite (with air conditioning) is located on the upper floor and is a true delight. It has its own bathroom with bathtub and direct access to a private terrace with stunning countryside views.
The interiors have been carefully designed to provide elegant details and modern comforts, but also a homey feeling while living in deep contact with the surrounding pristine nature. Many traditional materials, such as wooden beams and local stone, have been widely used and carefully mixed with modern elements.
The outdoor areas of Arta 1 are equally unique. In addition to the extensive forests surrounding the area, the villa has its own 3000 m2 sunbathing areas with grass, shrubs, and a large private pool measuring 9.5 x 4.5 m (shower next to the pool available). A true oasis of tranquility, where you can spend unforgettable days under the Mallorcan sun, accompanied by total privacy, isolation, and the soft sound of birds. For outdoor dining enthusiasts, there are spacious terraces with a dining table and barbecue, as well as rattan sofas. You can also enjoy of a table tennis table.
