Description

Set in the peaceful residential area of Monte Cristo, this stylish 5-bedroom villa offers a spacious and relaxing Ibiza retreat for up to 10 guests. Designed with a warm Spanish sense of style, the home features generous indoor living space with an open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, creating an inviting setting for shared meals and easy downtime. The sleeping arrangements are well suited to families or groups, with three king-size bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, complemented by three bathrooms. Air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi, cable or satellite TV, bedding and towels, plus laundry facilities add everyday comfort throughout the stay.

Outdoors, the villa is made for enjoying the island lifestyle. Large terraces overlook the surrounding mountains, while landscaped gardens, a private pool and a barbecue area provide plenty of space for sunbathing, alfresco dining and relaxed evenings together. Parking is available, and the location is a major highlight: Ibiza town centre is around ten minutes away, with a large supermarket just a short drive from the property. Sant Rafael is also close by, offering well-known dining spots, while lively nightlife and beaches such as Talamanca and Platja d’en Bossa are within easy reach. With its quiet setting, private outdoor spaces and convenient access to some of the island’s main attractions, this villa is a wonderful base for a memorable Ibiza escape.
