- Smoking is prohibited on the property. Violating this rule will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit and a $300 fee, in addition to liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. A fine of $500 per pet applies if this rule is violated.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced. Violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Unauthorized events or parties are prohibited and will incur fines. Prior written approval and an additional fee are required for any events.
Use of Amenities
- Guests need to bring their own beach and pool towels and are advised to reserve any beach gear separately.
- The property's fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- Access to Wild Dunes amenities like golf, tennis, and spa services requires separate bookings.
- Unauthorized use of sound systems is prohibited.
