- No smoking is allowed on the property. Violations will result in a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for any fire or property damage.
- Guests must be at least 25 years old to book the property.
- Pets, including Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), are not permitted. A fine of $500 per undisclosed pet applies.
- Parties or events are not allowed without prior written approval and may incur additional fees. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
- Quiet hours are enforced between 9 pm and 8 am. Violations of noise ordinances can lead to fines up to $10,000.
Use of Amenities
- Guests must bring their own beach or pool towels.
- A pool pass is required for access to the Shipwatch pools from May to September.
- Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- Golf carts, trailers, and motorcycles are not permitted within the complex.
Parking
- Two parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A car pass is required for access to Wild Dunes, which will be provided prior to arrival.
