- Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
- Smoking is not permitted; violation incurs a $300 fee and possible forfeiture of the deposit.
- Pets, including emotional support animals, are not allowed. Undisclosed pets result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and additional fees; unauthorized events will be stopped, and fines applied.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced.
- Golf carts, trailers, and motorcycles are not permitted.
Use of Amenities
- Guests are responsible for bringing their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs and toys are not included, but a beach gear credit is available for stays between 4-28 nights.
- A pool pass is required for Shipwatch pool access from May to September. Pools are open year-round but not heated.
- Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
Penalties
- Violations of noise ordinances are subject to fines up to $10,000.
- Intentional damage, negligence, or damages caused by pets are not covered under the accidental damage protection plan.
