- No pets or emotional support animals are allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Smoking is prohibited. Breach of this policy may lead to forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 fee, and liability for related damages.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Non-compliance with noise ordinances can incur fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are not permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized gatherings will result in a fine and event shutdown.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not permitted inside Wild Dunes.
Use of Amenities
- The Seascape pool is available seasonally from May to September and is not heated.
- Guests have access to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Other amenities such as golf, tennis, and the spa must be booked separately.
- Guests are advised to provide their own beach and pool towels.
- Beach chairs and toys are not provided, but a beach gear credit is available for reservations between 4-28 nights.
