- Smoking is not permitted on the property. Violation will result in a $300 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are allowed, with fines up to $10,000 for noise violations.
- Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 pets. Any undisclosed pets may incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Events or parties are prohibited without prior written approval and may incur an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will result in fines.

- Folly Beach 6 is situated as the front unit of two attached homes with its own private entrance; the carport and outdoor shower are shared with long-term tenants in the adjoining unit.
- There is an active security camera at the front of the home for security purposes.
Health and Safety
