The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for easy holiday dining, including a coffee maker, while practical touches such as a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and included bed linen and towels make longer stays feel effortless. Two of the bedrooms open onto a balcony, where you can enjoy lovely views of the sea and the surrounding greenery, and one of the bathrooms features a deep soaking tub for an extra touch of relaxation.
Outside, the villa is designed for making the most of the Algarve sunshine. A private pool is surrounded by sunloungers and landscaped gardens, creating a serene setting for lazy days at home. The patio also features an alfresco dining area and BBQ, ideal for long lunches and relaxed evening meals with family or friends. Located in the residential area of Presa da Moura, the villa is just a 10-minute walk from Vale de Lapa beach and the coastal hiking trail, where spectacular views of the Algarve coastline await. Perfectly positioned between Ferragudo and Carvoeiro, it also offers easy access to beautiful beaches, the scenic Arade River, local restaurants and popular family attractions, making it a wonderful base for a memorable Portuguese escape.
Please Note: This property requires the pre-payment of City Tax, charged at the below rate:
- Low Season (1 Nov - 30 Apr): 1 EUR pppn (guests aged 13 or over).
- High Season (1 May - 31 Oct): 2 EUR pppn (guests aged 13 or over).
