House Rules
- Smoking is prohibited on the property. Violators will forfeit their security deposit and incur a $300 fee, along with potential liability for fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are allowed for a fee. Unauthorized pets without prior approval will result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and may incur an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down with a fine assessed.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Occupancy limits and noise ordinances are enforced, with fines up to $10,000 per violation for breaches.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property.
Use of Amenities
- The fireplace is not to be used.
- Community amenities require purchased passes for access. A fine will apply for registrations made late (within 24 hours of booking).
- The HOA will not issue refunds for amenities passes under any circumstance.
- The indoor pool will be closed for maintenance from July 14–31; the outdoor pool will remain open.
- Any changes to the community amenity rules or schedules fall under the community's discretion, particularly in unforeseen circumstances.
