House Rules
- No smoking inside the property; violation results in a $300 fee and possible forfeiture of the security deposit, in addition to liability for any fire or damage costs.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee; unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Guests must submit the required registration form at least 48 hours before arrival or incur a $150 late fee.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am; noise violations can result in fines up to $10,000 per incident.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee; unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
- Strict no road parking or RVs; up to 4 vehicles can be parked in the driveway.
- Maximum of 10 guests can use Brasada Ranch amenities at one time.
- Masks are required for everyone over the age of 12 in indoor public spaces, as per the State of Oregon mandate.
- Enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols are in place, including the use of hospital-grade disinfecting solutions between reservations.
- Access to specific amenities (such as pools and the athletic center) is facilitated through rental cards, which must be returned upon departure to avoid a card fee.
- No access to the adults-only pool.
- Guests are advised to deny access to any vendors who do not adhere to necessary PPE and safety standards during property maintenance visits.
