• Parties or events are not permitted without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. Violations of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
• IDs are required for verification after booking.
