- No smoking inside the property. Violation results in forfeiture of the security deposit and a $300 smoking fee, along with liability for any fire or property damage.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Any breach of noise ordinances can incur fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are prohibited without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will result in fines.
- The property allows one dog with a fee. Bringing undisclosed pets incurs a $500 fine per pet.
- A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required due to the steep gravel driveway.
- Large work trucks are not permitted on the driveway.
- The on-site grill is for propane and charcoal use; propane is replenished as needed, but charcoal is not provided.
- The Polaris 4x4 ATV is not available for guest use.
- Bear activity is possible in the area; bear-proof trash bins are provided.
- The beehive on the property is empty, and the electric fence is deactivated for safety.
