- Occupancy is limited, though additional guests beyond bed count are allowed with prior arrangement and availability of trifold floor mattresses.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise ordinance violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events and parties require prior written approval and may incur additional fees. Unauthorized events will be terminated, and a fine will be applied.
