- Noise levels should be respectful. Smart technology measures volume, and violations may result in a minimum $500 charge.
- Maximum occupancy limits are enforced. Unauthorized gatherings, events, or additional guests may lead to eviction and forfeiture of payments.
Age and Guest Requirements
- The lead guest must be at least 21 years old and present during the stay. Bookings made with false information may lead to forfeited payments and eviction.
Use of Amenities
- The hot tub is for enjoyment only and must be used responsibly. Covers should be secured when not in use. Damages or excessive cleaning will incur additional charges.
