The fine structure of Torre dei Fagiani, part brick and part plastered, stands on a hill top in the lush countryside in the proximity of the Lake Trasimeno. The tower that rises at the top of the house is preannounced in its name where there is a rustic and comfortable double bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. The house is particularly welcoming and very bright thanks to large windows which overlook the garden offering spectacular views of the picturesque countryside. The Torre dei Fagiani, being a new house, built with old materials and fully furnished, has created a rustic and enchanting atmosphere whilst at the same time offering modern accessories such as an elevator that leads to the upper floors and not to mention the spacious and elegant swimming pool with salt purification.
