Set in a secluded hillside position near the Tuscan border, the property enjoys sweeping views over vines, olive groves, cultivated fields and nearby medieval towns. The estate is arranged across a main villa and an annex, connected by a terracotta-paved courtyard, with warm country-house character throughout, from ochre façades to traditional tiled floors and carefully furnished interiors. Inside, guests can enjoy generous living areas, a fireplace, dining space, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, a professional-style kitchen, and laundry facilities with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The eight bedrooms are well suited to families and groups, with seven double rooms and one twin room, several en-suite bathrooms, and balcony or terrace access in selected rooms. Outdoors, the landscaped gardens create a wonderful setting for relaxation, with furnished porches, panoramic terraces, alfresco dining space, a BBQ, lounge seating, parasols and sunloungers.
