Tuscany 85 is an elegant Tuscan estate offering 16 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms, set amid olive groves, vineyards, and beautifully maintained gardens just a short drive from Lucca.
The main villa features traditional charm and generous living spaces. On the ground floor there is a spacious formal sitting room with satellite TV and French doors opening to the outdoors, alongside a refined dining room ideal for group meals. A large fully equipped industrial kitchen, laundry room, and two guest bathrooms complete this level.
Accommodation is spread across multiple areas of the property. The first floor includes a double bedroom with en-suite shower, five king or twin duplex bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and additional suites on the second floor, including a king bedroom with bath and shower, a king suite with a balcony overlooking the formal gardens, another king bedroom with en-suite shower, and two double bedrooms sharing a large bathroom.
A contemporary new wing, accessible by both elevator and staircase, offers five further king or twin bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms featuring modern fittings such as double sinks, baths, showers, and walk-in barrier-free showers. All bedrooms are individually air conditioned and heated, with safes and hair dryers provided.
Outside, Tuscany 85 offers a private swimming pool surrounded by panoramic countryside views, along with shaded patios and outdoor dining areas perfect for long summer meals and relaxed evenings with local wine. Private parking is also available.
