Set on a scenic hillside at 429 metres above sea level in the province of Arezzo, Villa Vittoria d’Anghiari is a peaceful Tuscan retreat surrounded by the rolling wooded countryside of the Valtiberina. This area is known as a “valley museum” because of its mix of natural beauty and rich historical and artistic heritage.
The villa is in a great location close to the historic towns of Anghiari and Sansepolcro, both just a short drive away. Guests can also easily visit Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, the Chianti villages and several nearby towns in Umbria along scenic country roads. Anghiari is recognised as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and is also a designated Slow City.
Villa Vittoria d’Anghiari has a traditional rationalist architectural style with clean lines and a soft pink exterior. Inside, the villa is bright, spacious and carefully furnished to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The property is spread across three levels and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large fireplace, an elegant dining room and a lower level living space with sofas, TV, dining area and games area. There is also a second kitchen and several seating and relaxation areas throughout the villa.
The bedrooms are comfortable and well designed, many with air conditioning and panoramic balconies or terraces. The layout works well for both families and groups, offering a balance of private spaces and shared areas.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a 4,000 m² private garden filled with olive trees, lavender, jasmine and well-kept lawns. The outdoor space includes shaded dining areas, seating areas and a barbecue area, all designed for relaxing and outdoor meals. The highlight is a panoramic swimming pool located just below the villa, fully equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a shower.
