It is a restored, modernised farmhouse standing in a dominant position with a splendid panoramic view that stretches from the new port of Loano to the island of Gallinara and Alassio. The property is divided into two apartments with independent entrances. On the top floor lives the owner, a very private person. The villa is surrounded by green olive trees and has a characteristic solarium area with a beautiful panoramic swimming pool.
