Lake Como 24 is a beautifully restored 19th-century lakefront villa that combines classic character with generous modern comfort. Set on the shores of Lake Como, this elegant retreat is surrounded by landscaped gardens and enjoys sweeping water views from its terraces and balcony. Spread across four levels and fully air-conditioned, the villa offers plenty of space for relaxing and socialising, with a large living room featuring comfortable seating, a flat-screen satellite TV and a full-size pool table. The dining room is ideal for gathering together and opens onto a lovely lake-view terrace for outdoor meals and evening drinks. A well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker and everything needed for easy holiday dining, while Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, parking, ironing facilities and family-friendly touches add convenience throughout the stay.
Sleeping up to 14 guests, the villa has seven inviting bedrooms and five bathrooms, making it a great choice for larger families or groups of friends. Four bedrooms feature double beds, while three offer flexible twin and trundle arrangements that work well for children or additional guests. Several bedrooms also enjoy outdoor access, and the principal bedroom benefits from its own en-suite bathroom. Outside, the private swimming pool is a standout feature, framed by expansive gardens that create a peaceful setting for long days in the sun. A BBQ makes alfresco dining easy, and there is plenty of room to unwind while taking in the lake scenery.
