- Maximum Occupancy: Must adhere to the listed limit. Unauthorized use such as parties or events will result in eviction and forfeiture of payments.
- Noise Violations: Volume levels are monitored. Disturbances may incur a $500 minimum charge in addition to legal fines.
Use of Amenities
- Hot Tub Usage: Hot tubs are for enjoyment without bath products. Covers must be used when not in use. Damage or excessive cleaning costs will be charged.
- Swimming Amenities: Swimming is at your own risk, and no bath towels are permitted for outdoor use. Malfunctions do not warrant refunds.

- Care of Property: Guests must maintain cleanliness and report damages immediately. Costs for repairs and cleaning are the guest's responsibility.
