Description

Located on Warm Springs Creek and a block and a half away from the Warm Springs Ski lifts, this elegantly furnished condo boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

There are 2 primary suites, each with a king bed and Roku smart TV - one on the main floor and one on the second floor. Both suites have private bathrooms; the one upstairs has a tub and a separate shower. The second floor provides an additional living area with its own 32” Roku smart TV, DVD and sound system. There is also a third bathroom and two additional bedrooms with queen size beds.

The outside area includes a spacious south facing deck with great views of the Warm Springs ski runs. In addition to the deck area it includes a gas grill and outdoor furniture.

This unit is a short walk from the Warm Springs lift and has full use of the Prospector amenities, including the hot tub in winter and summer pool, 2 tennis courts, and pickle ball court with community picnic area and kids play ground. There is also access to warm springs creek in summer. The laundry facility is just across the parking area from the condo. **This unit only allow parking for two vehicles. No extra parking is permitted

Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am per the City of Ketchum.

Please be advised that this home does not have air conditioning and no washer dryer. Unit has ceiling fans in all upstairs bedrooms and floor fans.

We visited Sun Valley for mid winter break with another family. Two couples with 4 kids ranging 10-13. The condo was just perfect in terms of location (walking distance to Warm Springs lodge) and space. Great layout, very well appointed and very comfortable and cozy. It felt like our own home instead of a rental. Will definitely come back.
