- A maximum of 3 cars can park on-site at Mauna View, while Ocean Escape's garage fits 2 cars and driveway fits another 2. Street parking is not allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Breaching noise rules may lead to fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and an extra fee. Unauthorized gatherings will be penalized.
