- Pets are not allowed unless specifically permitted or they are certified service animals; emotional support animals are treated as unauthorized pets
- Guests should remove shoes before entering the home
- Furniture should not be moved, and indoor furniture must remain inside
- Wet clothing and swimsuits should not be placed on furniture or lanai railings
- The property should be left tidy, and excessive cleaning or guest-caused damage may result in additional charges
- Unauthorized third-party services or experiences are not permitted without prior written approval; violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund
- Violations of the noise, event, or occupancy rules may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement
Use of Amenities
- Pools and the hot tub are used at guests’ own risk
- Children and anyone requiring assistance must be supervised by a responsible adult when using the pool or spa
- Guests must follow all posted pool and spa safety guidelines, including restrictions on diving, glass containers, occupancy, noise, and access times
- Pool fencing is recommended for stays with children or anyone unable to swim, and must be requested in advance
- Recreational and beach equipment should be inspected before use and used according to safety guidelines
- Beach equipment should be rinsed and returned after use
- Beach towels should be used for the beach, while regular towels should remain at the property
- Sandy towels, clothing, and shoes should not be placed in the washer or dryer
- The dryer lint trap should be cleaned after each cycle
- Air conditioning should be turned off when the home is unattended, and doors and windows should be closed when it is in use
- Hot tub heat should be turned off when not in use
