Chania 10

Set in the Chania region of Crete, this spacious 370 sq.m. villa is a wonderful choice for families or groups of up to 12 guests looking to combine comfort, privacy and beautiful surroundings. With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, the home offers plenty of room to unwind, including a mix of queen and twin bedrooms designed for flexible stays. Inside, the bright open-plan living area creates an inviting social hub, with comfortable seating gathered around a fireplace, a formal dining space and a well-equipped kitchen for easy holiday meals. Air conditioning, central heating, WiFi, a coffee maker, a safe, laundry facilities and a wireless sound system all add to the convenience, while an elevator provides easy access across the different levels of the villa and makes the property especially practical for guests with reduced mobility.

Outdoors, the villa really shines. An expansive private swimming pool is the perfect place to soak up the Cretan sunshine while enjoying sweeping landscape and sea views, and the hot tub adds an extra touch of relaxation. Balconies and terraces with outdoor seating invite you to linger over a morning coffee or a sunset drink, while the garden and lawn areas offer extra space to enjoy the peaceful setting. For fun at home, there is table tennis and billiards, making it easy to keep everyone entertained. Children are welcome, and the villa’s layout makes it ideal for multigenerational stays. When you are ready to explore, the nearest beach is just 4 km away, with shops and traditional fish taverns nearby, while Chania City is around 30 km from the property, offering a great balance of seclusion and easy access to the area’s highlights.
