Charisma Estate is a 5-bedroom ultra-luxury villa with amazing sea views situated at the entrance of Oia. This rare gem is perched on a private land of 5000 sq meters among natural and serene landscape facing northwest. This massive multi-level villa offers 740 sq meters of interior space and 300 meters of exterior terraces including a massive 27 meters pool and an opulent pool area. The upper-level features two luxury bedrooms: a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, sea/pool views, sunset views during the summer months, wardrobe, private furnished terrace, luxury bathroom with double sink, bathtub, and shower cabin; and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, partial sea view, wardrobe, in-room bathtub, and en suite bathroom with double sink and shower cabin.
The pool level includes a large sitting area with satellite TV and Blue-tooth speaker, a modern gym with direct access to a covered indoor/outdoor 8 meter heated pool, a sauna, and a private bathroom with a shower serving the gym.
Additionally, there are two laptop working stations, a wine/champagne cellar with a wine cooler, a luxury suite with a queen-size bed, sitting area/sofa bed, amazing pool/sea views, access to the pool, and an en suite bathroom with double sink, shower cabin and bathtub. There are also sunset views during the summer months.
The pool level also features a sea/pool view guest house with a private entrance, queen-size bed, kitchen, sitting area/sofa bed, wardrobe, and en suite bathroom with double sink, two shower cabins, and bathtub.
