Only 1 mile separates Fall Branch Falls from the Benton MacKaye Trail, and favorites like the Toccoa Riverside Restaurant, Toccoa River tubing, fishing, gem mining, and The Lilly Pad Village are nearby. This house has been expertly furnished with brand-new, comfortable items. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets and equipment you could possibly need. This space seamlessly transitions into the dining room, which has a table that seats 6 people and 3 additional stools at the kitchen island. Starting your day with the ease of a Keurig or conventional coffeemaker before relaxing on the sectional sofa in front of the gas log fireplace and TV. The terrace and outdoor fireplace are easily accessible here, and this great spot also has a 55-inch smart TV and comfortable seating. Wooden rockers, a table for 4, a gas grill, and a swing bed for stargazing or napping are all included on the outdoor decks. A king bedroom with access to the deck and swing is located on the first level. The washer and dryer are located in a common bathroom with a walk-in shower. Head upstairs to the open loft where seating is provided as well as office space if needed. On this level is the main king suite with an adjacent private bathroom that has a double vanity and a walk-in shower. A 50" Dish smart TV and a personal outdoor balcony deck with mountain views are available for your enjoyment away from the crowd. There is also a firepit where you can gather, games, a swing bed, and a paved driveway and parking area.
