- The entrance to the property is under surveillance 24 hours a day
- Pets are not allowed and non-compliance will lead to an immediate halt on your stay.
- Be careful with the light and the heating. This is a smart house and if you leave the light and heating on for too long, they will turn off automatically.
- The apartment is antique and made of wood. Therefore, candles and other items that can catch fire are not allowed.
- A damage deposit of 1200 has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
